All children in attendance from the local schools will then be invited to join the players for the remainder of the session which will be headed up by the Connacht senior coaching staff.
This is Connacht's fourth open training session in the current seasonand follows on from successful trips to Tuam RFC, Westport RFC and Castlebar RFC during their pre-season regime.
This open session forms part of Connacht Rugby's 'Outreach and Engagement programme' which will see them hold an open training session in all five counties of the province.
"Creggs RFC has a great reputation in the province for its thriving youths section and secondary school rugby.
"This open session is a great occasion for us to lend our support and see first-hand the hard work and talent prevailing in the area."
It is free entry for all children and accompanying adults and the day will consist of fun rugby drills and games with the Connacht players. Kids are advised to bring their rugby gear.
There will also be a chance for autographs and photos as well as a chat with the Connacht coaches and squad.
