Since winning the tournament back in March the girls in green and the trophy have been busy promoting the growth of Women's rugby across the four provinces.
The trophy visited over 200 clubs, schools, universities, events and awards ceremonies since it was brought back to Ireland by Philip Doyle's victorious side in March, travelling over 15,000 miles across the length and breadth of Ireland
An estimated 5,000 photographs have been taken on the tour with trophy, meaning that it needed to be kept clean! Ten polishing cloths and four sets of green RBS ribbons were used during the tour, with an estimated 50 hours spent shining the trophy while on its tour.
Let's hope we are shining it up again at the end of the 2014 Championship!
